Best hacks for keeping a lean non-puffy face?

Only thing ill add here in addition to working out/sweating, dropping carbs a good bit, cutting alcohol and excess sugars/sodium.

Add a natural diuretic to your supplements. My boy was a pro boxer for a bit and put me onto dandelion root to help make weight for fights. I can shed a good 3-4 lbs in 3 days of pure water that bloats my face and body very quickly.

These days I just keep a routine of taking smooth move tea once a week (laxative) to help completely clean me out and dandelion root for two days straight. So its:

Wed-thur: dandelion
Friday morning: smooth move

I be feeling so energetic and light the whole weekend. Combine it with running/weights and cleaning up my diet, my face looks way better

smoking decreases the blood supply to your face, that's why smokers have that older/wasted look. Refraining from cigs helps you look more youthful
real talk getting off the cigs made my face look 5 years younger and I lost the double chin

smoking just rots your whole body :francis:

50 has been abusing steroids for a long time. Everytime he was gonna have a TV appearance like MTV Awards etc he'd just get magically jacked in 2 months etc

He's now paying for all those short cuts, a guy who I think dabbled in PED's but was always disciplined and diet/training first was LL Cool J.
