Only thing ill add here in addition to working out/sweating, dropping carbs a good bit, cutting alcohol and excess sugars/sodium.
Add a natural diuretic to your supplements. My boy was a pro boxer for a bit and put me onto dandelion root to help make weight for fights. I can shed a good 3-4 lbs in 3 days of pure water that bloats my face and body very quickly.
These days I just keep a routine of taking smooth move tea once a week (laxative) to help completely clean me out and dandelion root for two days straight. So its:
Wed-thur: dandelion
Friday morning: smooth move
I be feeling so energetic and light the whole weekend. Combine it with running/weights and cleaning up my diet, my face looks way better
