The Pelican Brief... all those pelicans walking around with briefcases in the courtroom at the end... cray.
Just kidding. There were no pelicans in that movie.
The Last Samurai... really got the mentally of the samurai lyfe. Main samurai character died fighting. Didn't matter though because that's the way he wanted to go down.
Back To The Future... Marty McFly is able to get back to the present.
At the time I was a kid when I watched it, I was very relieved because being stuck in the past would have been awful. When I walked out of the movie theater, I felt good.

Seriously, this is why I'll always consider Martin Scorcese a GOAT director. That scene in the end where after Robert DeNiro's character escapes that car bomb...and the next scene is years later...as he plays the piano as an old man.
If I ever made a movie...that's how it would end...with me on the camera as an old ass man, reflecting on the years past.
My honorable mention goes to Midnight in The Garden Of Good And Evil.
DeNiro never played no piano at the end of the movie and never was an old man
