My vote goes to Casino.

Seriously, this is why I'll always consider Martin Scorcese a GOAT director. That scene in the end where after Robert DeNiro's character escapes that car bomb...and the next scene is years later...as he plays the piano as an old man. :wow:

If I ever made a movie...that's how it would end...with me on the camera as an old ass man, reflecting on the years past.

My honorable mention goes to Midnight in The Garden Of Good And Evil.

Trainspotting (one of my favorite movies)

If you've ever had friends who were big into drugs/junkies...you can understand why Ewan McGregor's character did what he did at the end.

Sleep away camp

Saw

The planet of the apes
American Psycho

Momento
Seven

The Game

The Planet of the Apes was definitely is one of the best ending to a movie I ever saw/seen

That planet of the apes original ending was brilliant.

The 2000 remake was...IMO. Alright...but I remember Kevin Smith was pissed about that cause he claimed tim burton ripped it off from a Jay & Silent Bob comic.

Seven was good too...that ending fukked me up the first time I saw it.

Yeah. The first time I heard Pitt saying what's in the box, I was hoping it wasn't his wife. Definitely caught me off guard the first time watching it.

TPOTA original ending was brilliant I agree.

* yeah the remake was alright.
