Best bank to open another savings account

Looking to open another savings account but the bank I'm currently with has a terrible interest rate. Any suggestions?

Barclays just bumped their apr to 1.2% which I believe is the highest for a standard savings account

Ally financials online savings is 1.25 iirc

There a couple where you can 5% but you have to sign your recipts 12 times a month, spend 500 with the card a month, stuff like that

Changing banks because of interest rate is almost a waste of your time/efforts. Saving money won't make you rich. Focus your energy on earning more.

nah just a regular head teller, I already had another savings with another bank but the interest was pretty low. Hence me asking the question now
