Live action. Doing only the voice is not really a fair comparison.

the voice is 75% of the character.. the stone cold voice, the sarcasm, the confidence especially why talking to Kevin COnroy .. I mean Batman/Bruce ..that's Amanda waller... the look as you can see doesn't matter.. but one thing you hear is they all in some way a mimicking CCH Pounder

I would say it's 50% at most.

Yeah I enjoyed it. It's a mess at times but it's an entertaining ass mess and the characters are on point.
