The only people mentioned here that could do it is Mogoul and Doomsday. People heavily underestimate Superman.

Naw superman is weak to magic so captain marvel should be able to do it.
Also anyone who can create kyropnoite radiation should be able to do it.
He has no resistance to magic. It effects him like it would anyone else.
And is this like a worldbreaker superman? Because most are getting killed without him being in earths atmosphere
