Besides looks...what are some other qualities a dude can posses to make you interested?

Since I already lost in the looks department I'm wondering what else I can work on to still make women interested.

For the sake of this thread let's assume the guy is just hideous.

Ability to bake, yeah so what if you can cook but baking takes a patient person so I look for that. Outdoorsy, treehugger types.
Humor, thirst for knowledge. I don't know we just have to click on all levels.
