you can clearly see has no velocity with his left
Id be willing to bet my bottom bytch that the dude who thinks it was a draw has never trained seriously
Been holding your post in the holster because I thought it would be how I felt, but hadn't gotten around to watching the fight het. Finally watched it last night. As someone that defended Berto numerous times during the build up of this fight with Floyd.....
I gotta be real, that nikka Berto got straight dominated. Sure he kept trying and maybe connected with 3 or 4 decent shots, he still pretty much lost every single minute of every round.
Floyd even rocked/stunned him a couple times. Floyd also talked shyt to dude and clowned him towards the end.
Floyd/Berto = the definition of getting sonned for 12 rounds. There's been worse, but this was bad. Berto's athleticism kept it entertaining because it made Floyd react with counters quicker during some exchanges, but that was it.
If you're not going to throw at least 650 punches against Floyd, you're prolly going to lose big on the cards.
Even though Manny didn't throw nearly as much as he was capable of he was still competitive and won 4-5 rounds to most objective viewers. Floyd boxed him with the upmost respect and even looked scary during certain moments. You can't compare that performance to what we saw against Berto. shyt's night and day and to even think Berto did better than Pac let alone actually make a thread about it, is just pure sour grapes and Manny hate.
Mayweather is an atg A level fighter. Berto is a decent B- fighter. Last night the difference between them showed bright enough for Stevie Wonder to see it.

Floyd dominated Berto in a fashion I hadn't seen in a long time. It was 11-1 Floyd for me. Berto literally did nothing. Snuck a couple good punches in when he timed Mayweather, but those you could count on one hand. Other than that is was a disastrous showing by Berto.
The Floyd-Manny beef will always cloud and make revisionists history near as bad as the talk before their fight. These two fan bases just cannot have a rational thought.
I scored Floyd-Manny 8-4, with a couple of the Manny rounds being very close. I can't see it being any closer than that. But outside of the clear scorecard and Compubox numbers victory for Floyd, Manny had success against Floyd in ways that rarely happens. First you could tell Floyd was cautious and mentally careful the entire fight, he was loose and more carefree vs. Berto. Manny hit Floyd with punches when he was rolling to the side, which rarely happens. Floyd was aware of Manny's power. Floyd also never really tried to pick Manny off against the ropes, because he knew it was more dangerous vs. a fighter like Manny. Versus Berto or Guerrero type fighters he makes a living picking you off while he is against the ropes.
Same issue vs. Maidana. Floyd fought cautious because he knew there was something to be cautious of. Floyd's just great, he can turn even a tougher fight into lopsided scorecards and punch stats, but you have to go beyond that and see how he fought. There are fights he fights like he knows his opponent is more dangerous and has to be tactically more careful.
I don't remember which rounds. I would have to go back and rewatch. I was actually impressed with Pacquiao the first half of the fight. I want to say I may have had it 4-3 Mayweather through the first 7 rounds...but the rounds I gave Manny were very close. Rounds I gave him were usually because he landed the harder punches when he caught Floyd moving to the side. Can you recall which rounds you scored for Pac?
So you're saying I'm right? You can keep that dusty bytch... the way some of yall score rounds for Floyd is on some straight baised sucka shyt.. After the rewatch I got 7-5 Floyd.. could've easily been a draw..
Even Sr. was worried
No.. im notSo you're saying I'm right?

There's only been a handful of rational thoughts in regards to the May/Pac mega dud. Everything else has been a bunch of stanning ass bullshyt that nikkas like to keep repeating even though nobody cares anymore.
watch the fight a second timeyeah pretty much I have not watched that fight since I bought that ppv...don't plan on watching it any time soon and have zero interest in talking about it..there's too much shyt going on in boxing right now to wanna rehash that fight..that fight thread is an abomination
