Mostly cuz of the artstyle. Josuke looks like an adult in the first bit of Part 4's manga. The author's style changed dramatically with time. Now they look much less muscular.

@Blackout Yeah Part 7 is probably one of the best parts. It's real different but fans hold it pretty high.

I wanna see Part 7 animated so bad. I remember the powers being so complex that I get lost lol
