WSG has his moments but overall his sloppy delivery and voice make him unlistenable pretty often. I like Conway but he shows no growth and just seems stuck in a rut. I can only listen to so many angry, uninspired "I'll beat you up and shoot you" verses before I tune out. Damn shame because I hoped he'd continue in the vein of The Cow verse, being more introspective and vivid beyond the violent raps.
Benny kinda reminds me of Roc Marci in terms of having a sense of humor. You need that when your shyt is so one dimensional....it livens things up. I want to hear him rap about more stuff beyond drugs and shyt though. I think he's got a lot of potential and his next album should be great.
From listening to him over the weekend i think he's gonna continue to be one dimensional. What sticks out to me the most isnwhen Pusha said Benny The Butcher coming after me. I think Benny is gonna be the newer version of Pusha and gonna stick to what he does best. There's an interview where he said he tried different styles (trap rap etc) but this sticks
