That’s not how he came in, came in off the gettin high, flossing, playing bytches, crippin . If he was guided right he could have been more of that, the promo was built in. nikkas was on Math saying he was a model. I know bytches that would show up to his venue from other times trying to get hit. So you can’t say bytches wouldn’t listen if he focused more on that. Benny has the wordplay is all I am saying but it’s not in their dna as other dude said. But today, what rappers that rap like them really pop in the club like that? It’s more about the times.

The numbers are the numbers man
He’s tried
He’s not good at it

I don’t understand the story

i'm pretty sure Dave's most popular song is a love song, do yall even know Dave? either way, i'm glad he doesn't always go that route the majority of the time, i like his diversity.

The notion that women only want to hear soft-ass music with R&B dudes on the hooks, shows that a lot of people don’t go outside enough. Or haven't spent enough time around women.

Ghost just had a show in Brooklyn the other night. Damn near more than half the crowd was women, going word for word, with hard street songs. You go to a Griselda show, you see mad women doing the adlibs, knowing the lyrics, etc. Women want dope music just like we do. So when rappers try to reach for them by making fake soft tracks they think chicks would like, we see they usually fail. It's because women just want to hear good sh*t.

Anyone that's ever been to The Tunnel back in the day in NYC, knows you could not come up in there performing no soft sh*t. People wanted to hear hard music and most of the crowd would be women.

Women are spoiled in rap these days :unimpressed:

They got Drake, Future, and tons others they listen to, but get upset that one MC decides not to conform. :martin:
