Yeah at this point the most pertinent thing is building a team around them and maximize both not at each others detriment. It's like Wall and Beal or cousins and Davis. The focus is team success and not one of them showing out. You find the aim is to compliment each other. There's some things Beal better than wall at like shooting. Joel makes them a playoff team without him they're terrible and easy to defend.I actually dont think its that impressive hes putting up alot of assists.
When ur 6-10 playing point you should be scoring more and passing less unless ur doubled,and the reason hes passing more is cuz his finishing at the rim isnt great.

I saw it against the Raptors last week,he has no impact on a game and can put up 18/10/8 where they get blown out by 30.When the Raps switched in Nogueira/Poeltl on defense he couldnt get anything going and became strictly a facilitator.
