Yes if it's not tucked under the chin. But that looked like it was clearly tucked under kimbo's chin. Ken just couldn't apply enough pressure to make him tap. That is most definitely due to age.

That prowrestling clinch not a single punch being thrown before he hulk Hogan outta that rear naked choke that my grandmother could have finished if she it that deep (he left he hand on his head and didn't try to put it behind his head BTW prowrestling headlock style.) Also how easily he got kimbo down. Nope not buying it.
