Besides this, what are some other ways of consuming fiber?

You can eat 2-3 ounces of some type of nut or seed or eat an avocado with your meals. Those foods are high in good fat which helps keep you full. If you eat beans, get dried beans, because you can get more then from canned beans, and for some reason the canned beans don't break up as easily. I don't think they soak them before they cook them, I don't know, but dried beans are cheaper and better to me. You just have to know how to cook them.

If you get a pressure cooker you can cook them fast, but a regular pot is good enough to start with. Soak them overnight or just follow the instructions on the back of the bag. Once they are done cooking, and are soft, mash them down so they water will get thick, then season with salt & black pepper. In another pot, saute some onions, and garlic or you can use garlic powder, but use the powder after the onions are done because if you don't the garlic powder will taste bitter. When you are done sauteing add the onions, garlic, paprika mix to the beans and let it get real thick. Eat it over some rice, and you will be full for a while. If you eat some of the psyllium husk and nuts,seeds, or avocado with it you will be stuffed like a turkey for HOURS.

Try to eat like this in the daytime because it takes a while for it to breakdown, and you don't want to go to bed with all that food in your belly, as some of it will turn to fat. Enjoy.

The more often you eat, the more hungry you'll be. It's prob been mentioned in the intermittent fasting thread, but your brain/body adapts to how often and when you eat after a while.

Also, the leaner you are, the hungrier you'll be. When I was leaner, I would be hungry all the time. Now that I'm fat again, I don't eem be hungry but I just eat anyway lol.

tell me about it... fukk.. and i don't have the time/patience to eat 6 times a day so i try to get all my calories in 2-3 meals.. shyt's a killer

I think it's tied to if he's changed his workout habits/getting in better shape. Whenever I start hitting the gym on the regular my appetite goes through the roof. I used to eat Chipotle like everyday and one would be enough to fill me up. After I started hitting the weights and doing cardio I'd eat one burrito and still feel like I hadn't ate a bite.

I'm experiencing this a lot too breh. I've actually been in this condition for over a year. :sadcam:

I usually just carry a lot of fruits on me so I can eat every 2 hours, but eat healthy and shyt as well. :yeshrug:

I'll wake up at 5:30/6:00. And then down an apple at 8. Then I'm downin' a banana at 10, then some apple sauce at 12, with a very small light lunch at 2. And I still be hungry as fukk before a work out. I shyt like twice before 4.

After a work out, I'm literally in the kitchen like :whew: I'll try to eat small then too in case I wanna get a snack after wards.

I think I ran too much today though. I literally ate 3 times after I got home at 7 (veggie stir fry, PB&J, then another banana). That's the most I've ever ate after getting back from the gym.

I feel bad thinking about all that shyt I ate today. :snoop:

Damn breh you must be stick thin :huhldup:

Brehs, yall might wanna try Saffron Extract. Been on it for the past two days and Ive only eaten about 1300 cals each day. One pill 30 mins b4 breakfast, another 30 mins before dinner.

Yeah bein hungry all the time sux . As of now, I'm trying to take in at least 6,000-6,500 calories a day 5 big meals, protein shakes, almonds etc in between meals. Its a good sign to be hungry tho. My workouts since Jan 1 have been more intense.

same here breh except im eating stupid light..thats why my stomach is growling..my new cardio/calisthenics/boxing routine had me :dead: :old:by the end of last week but I shocked my body into losing nearly 10 lbs in 1 week..now im doing my new lifting routine this week:lift:..yesterday had me :dead:..i expect more of the same later tonight

my biggest thing for me is when i have dinner...typically my weekdays end between 9 and 10 pm...late as hell to be eating and that was a problem i had to address..so from mon-thurs (my gym days) all i have when i get home is a protein shake and 2 peanut butter sandwiches however i make sure i eat good (and clean) at lunch so i have some fuel for the gym...it was brutal the 1st week but the second week i was surprisingly good:leon:..i took off another 5 lbs...but the struggle aint over...im trying to surpass what i look like in my twitter pic breh

Thats the problem i have with dinner, i think you and i were discussing before, my work schedule fukks me up. My dinner time is at 9 :upsetfavre:

I just got over being sick, so my training regimine is gonna pick itself back up, might have to take a page out of your book here breh :obama:
