It makes no sense.
I haven't been running, just doing push ups and dips 2x a day.
My diet these past few days have been quinoa/yellow rice w/ beans; tofu or baked chicken, and I've been eating that like 5x a day.
I'm not even huge, 5'8 and 160; 20
