It makes no sense. :dwillhuh:
I haven't been running, just doing push ups and dips 2x a day.
My diet these past few days have been quinoa/yellow rice w/ beans; tofu or baked chicken, and I've been eating that like 5x a day.
I'm not even huge, 5'8 and 160; 20 :why:

maybe you should reverse the importance of your meals towards the baked chicken

to a larger portion, 3 times a day :mjpls:

You need more fiber. Get some psyllium husk and drink it right after you eat your meal. This brand is the best to me because it mixes easily.

I'm experiencing this a lot too breh. I've actually been in this condition for over a year. :sadcam:

I usually just carry a lot of fruits on me so I can eat every 2 hours, but eat healthy and shyt as well. :yeshrug:

I'll wake up at 5:30/6:00. And then down an apple at 8. Then I'm downin' a banana at 10, then some apple sauce at 12, with a very small light lunch at 2. And I still be hungry as fukk before a work out. I shyt like twice before 4.

After a work out, I'm literally in the kitchen like :whew: I'll try to eat small then too in case I wanna get a snack after wards.

I think I ran too much today though. I literally ate 3 times after I got home at 7 (veggie stir fry, PB&J, then another banana). That's the most I've ever ate after getting back from the gym.

I feel bad thinking about all that shyt I ate today. :snoop:

You stay hungry because you are eating all that fruit, and carbs, with very little fat, and soluble fiber. Carbohydrates speed up your metabolism, which is good when it's eaten with foods that slow down it's absorption, but when you don't eat those nutrients, you will be hungry all day. You can eat a lot of protein, but be prepared for a ripped up a$$hole when you take a shyt.:bryan:

I just read some where that lemon/lime juice helps slow down that absorption. I'll look up some other stuff too.

Protein is hard for me cause I'm vegetarian so that's not an option really :ld: But this also explain why when I eat cheese with my foods, I'm a lot less hungry afterwards

Don't make me expose how much of a picky eater I am :skip:

I don't eat beans. I could do dairy, but I never wanna eat enough of it to warrant buying such. Potatoes/yams is something I'm starting to implement. I just don't eat left over food like that (I try to cook fresh every night) so it's tricky and a lot to prepare each time. I could probably do the spinach thing though.

DCIH, I would do two things

Cut down your meal frequency like fourfold... instead of having 1 fruit every 2 hours just have 4-6 fruits every 6 or so hours

And mix some slow digesting foods in. Casein protein, heavy starches (oatmeal, potatoes etc). I dont know if youve ever burnt a paper towel or piece of tissue but those shyts are burnt like instantly. Thats the fruit you eat and why you are always hungry. Heavy foods like potatoes etc are like fire wood. The shyt will burn slow and for hours. And the casein protein is a good supplement that is also very heavy. 2 scoops will hold me down for like 4-5 hours.

Yeah bein hungry all the time sux . As of now, I'm trying to take in at least 6,000-6,500 calories a day 5 big meals, protein shakes, almonds etc in between meals. Its a good sign to be hungry tho. My workouts since Jan 1 have been more intense.
