Wakes me up.

I been a nightowl since I was a child. Used to watch night court, i love lucy, and that taxi show because I couldn't sleep. Looking back I should have doing something more productive like learning computer programming, but my mom didn't have bread for a mac. Making friends with other nightowls, when I became of age, was great though.....cruising the streets, watching movies, or chilling outside chatting. Being a nitghtowl only sucks when you're alone, or have to work the next day.

Was an insomniac for well over a decade

Do not lay in bed unless you are trying to sleep

Only turn lights off when you are trying to sleep

Dont eat past 7 or 8 oclock

Develop a routine

Good luck

Also:

- Keep and follow a sleep schedule (even on weekends)
- Avoid using your phone at least 1 hour before bedtime.
- Avoid naps, especially longer than 30 mins.
- Avoid exercise late at night.
- Meditate.
- Avoid laying in bed when you wake up.
- Avoid caffeine 6 hours before bed time.

I’m all sleep deprived from last night but now I’m finally in bed with a huge boost of energy from nowhere :martin:

Take some melatonin tablets. Reduce your exposure to blue light before bed. Black out your whole room. You might have to move electronics.

Stay away from caffeinated anything before bed.

I lift before I go to bed. It helps a lot. Not for everybody, but it works for me.
