I can see why she feels that way. MMA fighters have been looking at WWE as a retirement home lately and Vince has had no problem accommodating them.

If I had to take bumps and travel 3 or 4 nights a week and all these MMA fighters just kept waltzing in, I'd feel a certain way too.

Then she needs to go talk to Vince :manny:

These MMA stars are finding success because they're already household names by the time they get to wrestling, quickly adapt to wrestling as a whole, and succeed. How can she get mad at ANY MMA person when they devote time and money to become successful at her current job? If anything, it's a compliment. :jbhmm:

She has a legitimate point, but is focusing her energy on people that arent the problem so she comes off as corny and lame :camby:

Lmaoooooo she sound like a mark.
"The marks are in the ring". Seriously this is the most thin skinned generation of wrestlers ever. She's getting in her feelings but MMA fighters for the most part have the upmost respect for wrestlers. Ken Shamrock been told MMA fighters that wrestling is much tougher than MMA because of the grind. Becky might be feeling insecure since she knows that if he showed up he would be everything she claims to be, and that's a legitimate star.

I understand this maybe how she wishes things were but she should know better that this about money all that blood sweat and tears talk is for the marks. Wrestling is desperate to be legitimized and for mainstream exposure, damn near every celebrity who shows up makes the wrestlers look like chumps... unless the celeb is a wrestling fan and asks to be on the receiving end.

No need for wrestlers to be insecure about it it's the fault of the people in charge not accepting that wrestling is niche and pushing these outside athletes impresses neither their fans or wrestling fans.

This generation of marks has oversold the business to both themselves and the fans. What people want at the end of the day is to be entertained, we really don’t care about your grind or the dues you had to pay. Just put on a good product. People like Becky and Seth are so hell bent on telling us how hard life is but can’t understand you’re leaving hard dollars on the table with these terrible matches and interviews that don’t sell the product.

Brock might really be the GOAT in the business in how he seems to be the only one getting it right now in that company. But then again, he was trained in the era where everybody understood why they were there. There’s a reason why a low card act like Too Cool was more over then than their main eventers now. Everybody new how to draw.
