It means he made Floyd turn from a counter puncher/defensive fighter (which dumbass casuals think is running) into a "mexican style" fighter... Which is basically just head first, head down and swing...
Usually the type of style of the person Floyd normally beats.
Conor didn't turn him into shyt though. Floyd purposely fought that way because Conor couldn't hurt him. Basically, if you get walked down without any fear from the other guy of being countered or hurt, then its a sign of disrespect in the ring as a man.
