I'm pretty sure it's for only post paid.
I get 25% off services. Only certain plans get discounts too.

There's no discount on texts but there is on minutes and data. Well I'm a mailman so it may just be a USPS thing. Could be diff depending on the company.

Anyway I'm on straight talk prepaid now. Even with my AT&T discount my bill was still unacceptable.
