Stevenson wasn't supposed to be jumping with everybody else. It's not a fluke because in these situations the offense only has 3 ways to get a TD... They either catch it from the pass, throw laterals around after a shorter catch or off of a tip. Washington executed it and Chicago allowed it due to 29 not staying with his assignment
