Yeah unless you're looking for a house for like 12 people, I've never understood why people preferred AirBNB to a regular hotel room.

Depending on where you're staying, you can get a better situation for the same price, or cheaper than a hotel.

There were a couple of times where I stayed in San Diego right on the beach, with a full kitchen available to me for less than I was going to pay for a hotel. But even then, I usually give everything a quick check to make sure everything looks legit. They aren't gonna see me do anything but get drunk and clap my woman's cheeks, but I'd still rather not give someone a free show. :mjlol:

I’ve been wary of them ever since hearing about a whole family who died of carbon monoxide poisoning while renting one. Just give me a hotel room.
Pretty sure nowadays any short term rental needs to have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Atleast where I am at locally I know they do inspections for that before you go live on the app, not sure if across the board.
