Not only that, thats probably Stockton (where hes from) which is no where near as expensive as the Bay, that big of a house could be $500-800k out there depending on location, with like $100k down his mortgage would only be like $2500-3000 a month and hes only showing off 1 car.. A model agency giving him a million dollars (or more) to be exclusive to them doesnt seem that crazy, he could afford all that and much more..
