There shouldn't be conference bowl tie ins for the BCS.

Rotation Policy (where the bowl gets to 2 picks each), that way we get the best games.

We Could have had

Bama/ND
Oregon/Fla
KState/Stanford
FlaState/Oklahoma
Louisville/Wisc

NIU is not getting in, 1 loss non AQ team getting a bid

Also a Conference should be able to field 3 teams in the BCS
