I'm just on a basic weber charcoal.
Someone mentioned their chicken breast be dry.
On the grill I sear mines first(I marinate them too)
Next I put them in a foil pan with a marinade or sauce of your choosing with some chopped onions.
The breast steam and bathe in the juices and comes out so tender
I'm doing it right now with pork chops..smothered in a mango gravy I made
