I'd bet money that dude is going to be indicted in the next three years....There's a substantial case against his brother, it's a state level case, but a very serious one,...given that 1) human trafficking is a priority for DOJ nationwide, and esp. in Cali, 2) Federal authorities are 100% aware of his presence and activities, 3) His reputation for guerilla pimping or heavy handed tactics aside, it's like drug game, there is always someone to start cooperating, or fill in the blanks for the feds, but in the human trafficking world, you have dozens of women, who have been robbed, beaten, scorned, etc, etc, and need a lifeline, which can be the authorities, if they cooperate. 4) if minors are involved, which often if you can go back far enough, they will be, I'd doubt they moved that way now....but at 22, just starting out, probably.
