From the Bay to Central CA
bay area in general is getting too damn expensive... even fukkass fremont has 1 bedroom apartments for 1800 :deadmanny:

in santa clara you're LOW INCOME if you make under 75k :comeon:

only SF should be that expensive. everywhere else in the bay should have 800$ rent and houses should cost 300k or less. charging SF/LA prices to live in some fukkboy suburb half hour from the city. aint that some sht

the people making the big money dont want to live in San Francisco. They like living in Los Altos and Los Gatos, close to their tech jobs.

:gladbron: this broad has no idea what the fukk she talkin about :lolbron:

hercules is cheap :rudy:
sac is shytty :childplease: you can buy a mini mansion in elk grove for like $200,000 but i guess cause it aint got shiny lights like broadway in frisco its shytty :childplease:

:heh: Where in EG for $200K breh? Maybe near Valley Hi/ South Sac Border.Hercules is ok but Antioch/Pittsburg are ratchet as hell. Overall the housing market in Sactown is fair now because of the housing market boom from a few years ago slowed down. Good credit and $300K would buy you a good-sized crib and in a better area to live in than in Fairfield and Vallejo. You can get some steals under $200K but they're not mini-mansions. Yeah, its not touching the Bay when it comes to nightlife but its only an hour away :smugbiden:
Born & Raised in Sac but my parents are from Oakland/Berkeley . I have plenty of relatives in the Bay and I'm trying to get out to SF for New Year's.

As for shopping, Arden Fair Mall is coo in Sac but the amount of security they have there is ridiculous. Just don't venture out to The Galleria Mall in Roseville:scusthov: or any part East of Sac unless you're going to Thunder Valley Casino . The Pool Parties they have in the Summer :ohlawd: closest thing you can get to the ones in Vegas and only $5 to get in.

Back to shopping, I'm surprised seeing recommendations of the Rinky Dink Southland Mall in Hayward and the one in Concord but not for the shopping district they got in Emeryville. Hayward is a nice place to live despite the crime rate at the mall though. My cousin stay there and my Great Uncle resides in the hills with the cacs:lawd: If you like the Outlets, Vacaville got that on lock . Milpitas is like half mall/half outlet but they got some good shopping spots too. Scored a lot of piff at the Perry Ellis Outlet they got there.

Never been to Valley Fair mall in San Jose but the vibe at Santana Row is awesome. If you think Berkeley has a lot of Asians, Milpitas/Fremont/San Jo is on a whole other level. If you're a nature lover, check out Stinson Beach & Aptos as well as the other spots mentioned. SFO's cops are hella chill. I remember going to the Bay To Breakers float parties years back with the alcohol flowing everywhere and they were just enjoying the fukkery like everyone else.

Berkeley is the liberal capital of the US following SF and its always been like that. Oakland has a lot of nice spots to check out and I'm not talking about the hills. Take a jog around Lake Merritt for me. If you don't have a good reason to go to Richmond , don't. Oh yeah, stay away from Stockton.

Thread got me reminiscin....Pops, my uncles, aunties, my brothers, we all used to shop @ them so-called "hood" malls n shoppin centers. Eastmont, M&B, Foothill Square, Durant, Bayfair, Hilltop....Them sh1ts used to be crackin, growin up as a kid the sh1t was lovely, never even tripped cause if you was black the sh1t was natural...You'd see all the nikkaz you went to school with, teachers/faculty, everybody n they mama would be shoppin @ them spots.

Remember coppin that Askari X tape with my cuzzo @ T's Wauzi, cross color fits from Durant, Bayfair mall had the nintendo spot where there was a line of nikkaz waiting to play tecmo bowl, as a shorty all I could was watch them grown nikkaz go to blows over that game, sh1t was straight comedy up in there....

Bout to take my real Town nikkaz back...I know some of yall mamas n daddies used to keep that muthafvcka on Soulbeat...Lookin back on these public access gems :pachaha:

The Bay
So I stay in Santa Clara area which has the highest median wage in the country at 93k (The Cities Where People Earn The Biggest and Smallest Paychecks - Forbes). shyt is expensive as hell out here. 2bedroom condo...2300k. shyts bananas. But there's a lot to do. We getting sports franchises here, already got the Sharks and the SJ Earthquakes new stadium opens up in 2014. Also opening in 2014 is the 49ers new stadium down the street from my job in the heart of the DotComs. That shyt looks nice as hell. Samsungs campus, Oracle's campus and Dell all right next to it. My dotcoms is either a 20min walk or a 5min light rail to it. We should get the Oakland A's too but the bytchass Giants are being Fuk boys about the south bay saying its there territory. If we got the A's we'd be set, Fuk the Oakland name(I'm from there saying this) Switch it to San Jose....its already the biggest city in NorCal and 10th biggest in the country. We got cheese, Santa Clara county is one of the richest in the country. We ready for baseball too.

I don't think the A's are ever going to move to San Jose, but it would be a good look if they do. SJ deserves an MLB team. When is BART coming to San Jose?

Alos the Warriors are going to get that new fresh arena in San Francisco :ohlawd:

Is east sac places like citrus heights? if so :gag:

The Galleria is way better than Arden fair mall and it is in fact, one of the best malls if not the best mall in NorCal. The white hoes :noah: I always make sure to venture to the Galleria and Thunder Valley when I'm in that area.

fck san jose lol
oakland gona turn into a wasteland if the A's leave now that the warriors are heading to SF and the raiders continue to be 100% pure garbage
the Giants cockblocking the move, there's no bart access and there will probably never be bart access because voters strike it down each time on account of them not wanting east bay hoodrats having easy access to their neighborhoods lol
oakland is fcking up tho they always throw up hella roadblocks when the A's/mlb propose new development. all those hippie mf'ers need to let them redevelop the whole oakland coliseum area and turn it into china basin #2 .. that place is still perfect for a baseball stadium, with easy access to bart and 880
