hercules is cheaper than hayward?

bay area in general is getting too damn expensive... even fukkass fremont has 1 bedroom apartments for 1800
in santa clara you're LOW INCOME if you make under 75k
only SF should be that expensive. everywhere else in the bay should have 800$ rent and houses should cost 300k or less. charging SF/LA prices to live in some fukkboy suburb half hour from the city. aint that some sht
this broad has no idea what the fukk she talkin about

Where in EG for $200K breh? Maybe near Valley Hi/ South Sac Border.Hercules is ok but Antioch/Pittsburg are ratchet as hell. Overall the housing market in Sactown is fair now because of the housing market boom from a few years ago slowed down. Good credit and $300K would buy you a good-sized crib and in a better area to live in than in Fairfield and Vallejo. You can get some steals under $200K but they're not mini-mansions. Yeah, its not touching the Bay when it comes to nightlife but its only an hour away

Born & Raised in Sac but my parents are from Oakland/Berkeley . I have plenty of relatives in the Bay and I'm trying to get out to SF for New Year's.
As for shopping, Arden Fair Mall is coo in Sac but the amount of security they have there is ridiculous. Just don't venture out to The Galleria Mall in Rosevilleor any part East of Sac unless you're going to Thunder Valley Casino . The Pool Parties they have in the Summer
closest thing you can get to the ones in Vegas and only $5 to get in.
Back to shopping, I'm surprised seeing recommendations of the Rinky Dink Southland Mall in Hayward and the one in Concord but not for the shopping district they got in Emeryville. Hayward is a nice place to live despite the crime rate at the mall though. My cousin stay there and my Great Uncle resides in the hills with the cacsIf you like the Outlets, Vacaville got that on lock . Milpitas is like half mall/half outlet but they got some good shopping spots too. Scored a lot of piff at the Perry Ellis Outlet they got there.
Never been to Valley Fair mall in San Jose but the vibe at Santana Row is awesome. If you think Berkeley has a lot of Asians, Milpitas/Fremont/San Jo is on a whole other level. If you're a nature lover, check out Stinson Beach & Aptos as well as the other spots mentioned. SFO's cops are hella chill. I remember going to the Bay To Breakers float parties years back with the alcohol flowing everywhere and they were just enjoying the fukkery like everyone else.
Berkeley is the liberal capital of the US following SF and its always been like that. Oakland has a lot of nice spots to check out and I'm not talking about the hills. Take a jog around Lake Merritt for me. If you don't have a good reason to go to Richmond , don't. Oh yeah, stay away from Stockton.

the people making the big money dont want to live in San Francisco. They like living in Los Altos and Los Gatos, close to their tech jobs.
I don't think the A's are ever going to move to San Jose, but it would be a good look if they do. SJ deserves an MLB team. When is BART coming to San Jose?
