If someone told me God of War was native 4K in resolution mode on my PS4 pro and I didn’t know any better... I’d honestly believe them just cuz the game looks that fukking beautiful with checkerboard rendering and hdr
Still gonna cop the Series X for the goat console performance
That sounds about right.
1800P to 2160P is a very minor difference that you won't even notice unless paused and zoomed in.
Wow I didn't even really check out the OP, I assumed BF V was getting a day 1 patch and that was the results upon inspection. If I took a minute I would've realized this was more unscrupulous Xbot fukkery. You're trying to mislead people. This is about pushing to the resolution caps of the last-gen versions. Since they both used dynamic resolution scaling, the perspective BC modes will be able to sustain them - 2160p and 1800p on the PS5.
The One X version ran between 1836p-1944p, but will hold the 2160p throughout on the X.
The Pro version ran 1296p-(~)1800p, but will hold the 1800p throughout on the PS5.
Stress-testing the Battlefield 5 beta on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro
"While Battlefield 5 won’t get a special update for the Xbox Series X or PS5, it already runs at a dynamic resolution on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. As a result, the improved hardware performance for the Xbox Series X and PS5 will make it possible for the game to run at its peak resolution that was specified for the game on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X."
