Tried again, and my hands were holding an invisible gun. Bout a minute or so before the gun graphics loaded. This map is retardedly big too. If you got a PS4 this is gonna be terrible. The maps are built for 128 players on PS5, but only 64 on PS4. So if you got a PS4, you're just gonna be running around looking for folks.

BF1 has always been called "Casualfield", its just the younger fans hold it on a pedestal.

same people that hate on BF5, despite BFV getting a lot of love from the older pre-BF3 players

This is how Battlefield always was on PC until bad company made everything smaller for console

Go back to Battlefield 1942 & Battlefield Vietnam, it's 90% walking to the objective from a big ass distance

Remember there’s the airdrop system to get vehicles. The transport choppers are spawn points and you can find civilian cars at the flag(there’s a parking lot between the rocket pad and the north flag). Holding certain flags spawns military vehicles and don’t forget the HQ

So at first you have to realize what mode you're in and why is everybody bunched up in only 1 or 2 sections at a time.

Then you understand the flow of the mode and you master your classes power ups.

Ultimately I enjoy it, a lot. But most people I played with online are idiots (all randoms) so I gotta squad up. Also cross platform was on for me, I heard people say it's not ready for the beta, is that true???

Cross play is on, you can verify this by looking next to the player names and some have Xbox logo and others have computer screen logo and the ps5 players have a controller next to their name.
