Nobody has clarified this for me yet, in portal what maps can you pick from.

Well first I told myself I wasn't going to buy this anytime this year as I have only ever played Battlefield 1 (bought) and some Battlefield 5 (free on PS plus) I liked BF1 as it has a decent ttk for someone like me who isn't that good. BF5 was a dissappointment because of the too quick ttk for rookies like me.
Well I had a really shytty week so I went ahead and bought the gold verision ( I guess I am supposed to get a year's worth of battlepacks?)
I am kind of surprised at how bad the game looks.
Granted I only have a PS4 Pro but I have a 4k 43 inch monitor which I play at my desk.
The colors look pretty bland, every single time I go to the menu my character comes out looking completely blocky looking like a horror monster or something.
There is no way to leave/join squads, not leaderboard and no way to stick with a team after a game.
I am playing conquest and I guess that is their way of preventing squads and platoons from dominating.
The maps are way way too sparse and wide open. I don't like vehicles but if you don't spawn one from the spawn you will be running a marathon before you can take a shot.
I have never ordered a game like this early and I am definitely regretting it.

Played a set of games w the brehs on ps5 and they were dope and fun. Playing the new maps w bf3 guns n shyt was fun as hell too.......then I tried to play w my son crossplay via pc and this shyt was a mess. It would kick either of us out give us this weird error and not let us in the matchmaking. Then shyt just deleted my fukking game 
i was furious 
im over here recovering w mad antibiotics/steroids/painkillers i dont need this stress
There is a very fun game in here but just like bf3/4 this shyt is gonna need some time to cook before it hits its potential. Ima give the operator shyt another try too i played the joint where u gotta extract data and the operators actually make sense and play well there since you cant pick the same one 2x on your team.
Also the 100+ maps w bc2 or bf3 shyt is dope as fukk w the right team. On the sandstorm map our squad focused on the 3 buildings we cut the "running around doing nothing" time significantly the mode actually felt "right" and this is coming from someone who thinks 100+ people on those maps are too much.
Oh and bf1942 maps/guns is trash they should have kept that

I think once the game drops drops on friday well see a lot more different shyt in portal. I played a game where the only was to get ammo for your gun by jumping so it was 64 pkayers jumping around like idiots trying to kill each other.
