Word?you can be in shape and have high cholesterol
you can eat correctly bein shape and still get diabetes, cancer etc.
eating healthy does not mean you live longer, living longer has to do with chance :mugabe:
You really gon' talk like that up in a syrup thread
Word?
Okay.
There is some truth to that. This guy I know through work died from a random heart attack...he was 52 or something and he was a health nut - ran marathons, ate healthy, exercised etc. because he knew that his father died at 52 and was trying to prevent it. Genetics are a bytch though...seriously...cause despite all that, he died at the exact same age.if your grandpa died of a heart attack in his 50,s your father died of a heart attack in 50s, your uncle died of a heart attack in his 50s' more than likely you will die of a heart attack in your 50s
If you eat processed foods and other things that are high in cholesterol and fat, versus foods that are natural and low on the glycemic index, for example...you will die sooner.if your grandpa died of a heart attack in his 50,s your father died of a heart attack in 50s, your uncle died of a heart attack in his 50s' more than likely you will die of a heart attack in your 50s
It's a Saturday evening why not
You might as well not be religious either, what's the point of missing out on life if you're going to die anyway.no need for healthy eating you dying anyways
By and large, that is not the case. There is some truth to that. This guy I know through work died from a random heart attack...he was 52 or something and he was a health nut - ran marathons, ate healthy, exercised etc. because he knew that his father died at 52 and was trying to prevent it.
