Since when do police officers get to play judge, jury , and executioner. What happened to the right to a fair trial? He was shot to death, but viewing the video at what point was the suspect in a position to pose mortal harm to any of the officers involved. How is it that not one, but both officers body cameras fell off and failed to record anything. Although the suspect was a felon, Louisiana is a right to carry state so the fact that the suspect had a gun on him should mean very little(especially since he didn't actually reach for his weapon IF their was one)Furthermore since Louisiana is a right to carry state, you would think police would frequently encounter suspects who would carry guns, after all it is actually legal for you to do so barring a felony conviction. Of course if you're young and Black er...just Black "he's got a gun" is justification to kill you, meaning that it's probably not smart to actually use the same laws everyone else can because it can get you killed.
