Pretty much. He was cuffed all the cop had to do was tazer him if he was resisting. However he shot him multiple times on the ground while they were on him. They killed him for nothing.

2 things need to happen. Either start killing cops, or someone needs to finish what Malcolm X started and approach the U.N. about having the United States censured for the denial of basic civil rights in this country.

Cops nowadays are usually of low IQ and not trained properly, it is a very dangerous combination.
I think this is one of the biggest problems. You can't just run somebody through a bullshyt training course, give them a quick psych eval and then hand them a gun and a badge. You can't give ultimate power to random people and expect shyt to not be fukked up. I don't know what the solution is but there clearly are issues with the current on boarding system for police officers.
