Piccolo having magic makes perfect sense though, despite how inconvenient it may be for Krypton powered Batman, the dude is the custodian for the dragon balls. Their powers/abilities are directly linked to his powers/abilities. Why wouldn't he therefore have some magical abilities?

Goku isn't moving at that speed constantly, superman can fight at that speed.

I don't see how this helps goku other than trying to run away. Even if he instant transmission behind batman, his punch still wouldn't be fast enough. And knowing batman, he'd probably quickly break a few limbs and be done with it. proven to incapacitate z fighters, superman is unbreakable without kryponite.
