When I see the game from the suit, martial arts, dectective work, and the story. The games nail it. They also keep it plausoble enough where you wouldnt need major tweaks to adapt it to a live action movie.
They dont have to even take the story just the "essense " of batman the game created. To me this is what the dark knight trilogy lacked.
dont get me wrong the dark knight with joker was the shyt from a theatrical point of view.

The first two Arkham games were perfect Batman experiences because they were written by Paul Dini, who worked on both Batman: TAS and Batman Beyond as well as multiple comics. Along with Bruce Timm I'd say there's no one alive more capable of so perfectly grasping the pure essence of Batman.
