Begins is my favorite out of that trilogy. The pacing, plot, and climax was the best out of all three.

TDK is overrated because of Ledger's performance after he offed himself. Way too long. Pacing is a bit off with a build up in the middle only for it to slow down again to build up again. It's like a two part movie in the same movie.

TDKR is pretty good. Villain was weak though. Bane is a henchman not a main villain.

If all three are on, I would watch Begins. It's more enjoyable out of the three.

There's plenty of things about TDK that don't work but the highs outweigh the lows to such a degree that it doesn't really matter in the end. If you're a Batman nerd to any degree that movie was a wet dream.

Wherever whores go.....
This clown is a joker stan :mjlol:

You wanna know who always gets overlooked in these discussions? The Joker.

Joker pretty much runs the Gotham underworld. I mean you probably got goons workin for Joker that don't even know it. All those bank robberies, all those jewelry heists... think about how much money Joker probably "acquired" over the years. There's a reason he's been able to fund such a mass criminal enterprise and keep thousands of goons on the payroll.

Look at what he did in TDK. nikka was a no name looney muthafukka with no backing and no people and by the end of the movie he had every single crime syndicate in the city under his thumb. And not only them but all the corrupt muthafukkas they were in business with too. How else you think Joker was able to infiltrate the hospital and the ferry system and plant all those explosives? Cause he had peoples who were on the inside. Or at least he had peoples who had peoples who had peoples on the inside.

Point is that Joker was so powerful by the end of TDK that chances are if you were a criminal or involved in any kind of organized crime or corruption... you were probably working for the Joker in some way or another. And when you have a guy at the helm who's prime motive is solely to cause mass chaos you have a SERIOUS problem.

If anything the only thing preventing Joker from being on the list is because he spends all his money on elaborate schemes and grand spectacles. Joker the type of nikka to blow 300K on like a clown themed funhouse with poison gas coming through the vents just for the sole purpose of putting Batman through the ringer. :russ:

:mjlol:

Soo the Joker has more money than people with multinational corporations :russ:

Batman Begins is kind of the father of the modern day "gritty origin reboot". I mean it's influence is everywhere. Look no further than our own superhero genre. Iron Man, Amazing Spiderman, Man Of Steel... these movies pretty much function entirely using the "blueprint" of Batman Begins. You see it's not enough that Superman can just fly because he's from Krypton. Because of Batman Begins filmmakers now feel they have to explain the SCIENCE behind why Superman can fly.

So Batman Begins was a pretty important movie. It changed things... forever.:youngsabo:

Before I get into bashing the movie let me just say this. If nothing else I applaud Batman Begins just for being what it is, a film adaptation of Batman that was taken seriously. Even if it had been the worst piece of shyt ever made you can't help but give it points just on pure ambition.

But judging it on it's own merit I don't think it's a very good movie. I think it's poorly edited, I think it's boring, I think the plot is stupid, and I think the romance completely falls on it's ass. I gotta be honest I'm also not the biggest fan of Christian Bale in these movies. He's serviceable to me but when he's not in costume he's pretty hard to watch.

Plus let's be honest TDK improved on it in just about every way imaginable so that only highlights this film's flaws.

:camby:

Top three superhero film.

Nikkas overlooked Batman Begins in 2005 and really only started paying attention when TDK dropped.

But the whole trilogy is great from beginning to end. Each movie gets better on subsequent viewings.

People really need to stop embracing contrarian views for the hell of it. They think their comments are unique and eye-opening but, in reality, they're just fukking stupid. :shaq2:

TDK is arguably the best comic movie. What make i When I first saw the movie, I thought the climax point of the movie was the scene where Joker escapes from custody; Harvey Dent gets fukked, and he’s driving down the street in the cop until the hospital scene happen. I was:ohlawd: literally sitting in the movie theater :merchant:.

Hedger acting :whew:

The writing, the plot, the acting, and the suspense was crazy.:ohlawd:

I think that TDKR just like Xmen Days of Future Past, the bar was raised too high. The difference is TDKR almost reached that high expectation while Xmen Days of Future Past didn't but Xmen was a really solid movie. If it wasn't for TDK, I believe TDKR would be considered the best Batman movie ever.
