Bruce and Warners are smart enough to read the criticism of it and know why it didn’t work with people overall. Precisely because it wasn’t really the animated series. Yes it’s in that style but it wasn’t the same tone and people felt hustled. If he really wanted to give more of that and do it right, the funnel would open up and people would pay whatever. When the series comes to blu ray this year or next, that’s the true indicator.

i really enjoyed this. i think i put off watching it so long b/c of harley. i like her but was sick of her and the voice was offputting. this movie felt more like the series than anything theyve released since it ended. but a more mature version.
the bar scene is full of easter eggs from the show.
also, they really attempted to charge 40-45 bucks for the blue ray ver of this?

this clear pandering to female empowerment (which I don’t have an issue with) but to have Harley capture Nightwing, seduce him and then have him and the goat Superhero give her a kiss at the end to thank her on figuring out a way to defeat the villain, when the GOAT dectective on Earth couldn’t figure it out first was straight 
Couldn’t get down with this movie, I feel like it didn’t know if it was supposed to be adult oriented or geared towards early teens. Fart jokes, the implied sex scenes..kind of all over the place. Loved Batman TAS and new adventures when I was a kid though so I’d probably watch another movie from that universe though.
Guess I was the only person who enjoyed this.
I thought the movie really showed the craziness / bi polarness of Harley. A movie without Harley wouldn't have fart jokes
Them telling booster gold to fukk off was straight comedy.
I think the biggest issue here was people saw that btas style and wanted a straight up old school hard nosed episode and got a lighthearted throw away one.

I liked it too. It was very entertaining.Guess I was the only person who enjoyed this.

Just gave this a watch as New Adventures is my favorite cartoon of all time. This was meh, just alot of stuff was so out of character it was off putting, I agree with the poster a bit too much female pandering when they didn't need to. Also why did they lose the Mullet look on Nightwing?
