In middle school it was AI's hesi shot fake into the cross. Then early in high school this Sam Cassell clip changed my whole mindset. Went from bench on JV to starting point on Var in one year. I realized I only needed a step to be open no matter who was guarding me. Also styled my game after D Wade

for years, i would to go to the park every single day, and hit back to the basket turn arounds. left shoulder. right shoulder. fading away. glass. that was my shot. every which way you could think of, i could hit it, and from about 10-15 feet, i was lights out with a fade away, turn around, bank shot. any further out, and you have to shoot the ball out of your hand a little harder, causing it to ricochet off the back board harder. you dont want that. you lose more control. but from about 10-15 feet, you can just kiss it off the back board, and let it drop into the basket like a baby being delivered. you take a little air out the ball, not saying i did, but let us suppose that i may have, and you are lights out going off the glass, because you reduce how hard the ball will ricochet. just dont tell anybody. i never liked the dirk wrong legged fade away. always thought it was a gimmick. you get so much more spacing the traditional way. the real way. now, these days, i notice the step back has really taken over as the go to shot over the turn around. speaking honestly, it is a much, much better shot. you get all the spacing, maybe more, than you would from a well spaced turn around, and it is so, so much simpler to preform. it is a must have in any skill set.

all you need to do, is press down and push off on your front foot, as you feel the ball coming back up to your hand. thats it.

the trick is you just have to feel when the ball is returning into your hand. thats how you time them.

Brehs I was cookin today
Not much sauce today outside of some nice finishes and the hesi pull-up from 3 but good gawd
In game was probably like 16/20 from 3, and ended every game with one, never missed with the game on the line
I was droppin dimes like Magic, can't even count the amount of steals, 4 or 5 dope blocks, a fukk ton of boards
Need some more shyt around the rim tho it seems, athleticism cats can't guard so I get in the paint at will
