hot take: I’m not gonna miss this show at all

there are some series that I'm late on that I watch where it’s like damn I can’t believe I never watched this show before but I’m glad I did bcuz this was something I needed to watch…and there are others shows like this series that I can acknowledge are pretty good but it just never really hit me like that…so it’s like this was cool but I would’ve been “fine” if I never watched it

this is not me hating on the show but for me it’s not a show that I love watching as much as others do

It’s not a GOT TV will never be the same level show, but it is smart and funny. It’s a good watch

nor does it need to be…not sure where that came from…I don’t even think GOT is a default “comparison” show in terms of greatness…that being said I don’t really find this show to be as clever as some do…to me it’s a good/solid show overall…I enjoy watching it but it just never left its mark on me the way that it has for some…not saying that as a good or bad thing…it just simply hasn’t made the impression on me that’s it made on other ppl

I say I'll miss it more because comedy is in such a dark hole for the better part of half a decade as where drama has had a stranglehold on pop culture for awhile. I haven't seen many people make creative decisions like Bill Hader has done since maybe Atlanta and been acclaimed for it (people are very mixed on season 3/4 of Atlanta). Just some incredible stuff done in sitcom length episodes.
