his skin is discolored because his barber burned and cut back his hairline.
it will take six to eight weeks to get that shyt to come back and presentable for an actual haircut at the very least.
plus,
most people don't have a bad hairline, from balding or genetics.
it is more from the actual barber burning.
or actually catheterizing their hair where their hairline used to be into non-existence.

which is one reason.
you don't trust a barber to line up a baby or a child's hair.
as the barber can send the hair into shock, and actually burn away your ability to grow hair there.
if you have discoloration on your forehead from a lining.
it is more than likely a burn, and we's are in troubles.

you better pray to the hairline god's that it heals and come back.
