dont get it twisted

republicans will still come out to vote, and after Obama gets 4 more years itll be even mroe imperative

a guy like Christie will pull moderates with ease pending whoever the Dem candidate, but considering the field, Christie will win 2016 in a landslide

:what: I agree somewhat on his pulling power but...

-He would take an L against Hillary.
-He's fat and a bully with little class.
-He's going to have to the move to the right on social issues.
-GOP is alienating Latinos.
-Hard to have a landslide without blacks, Latinos, or women.

we'll see :mjpls: there will be all new issues in 2016, the republicans will be forced to move left in order to compete and will find there player in Christie

i guarantee it, the Tea Party will singlehandedly have lost many senate and house seats until then, and republicans will take notice

you may forget, but half of these so called "social" conservatives are just bigots that hate obama because hes black, once its two white candidates again, see how much they pander to that the next time around

This is something that a lot of people just aren't in tune about....it's becoming less and less likely for republicans to win these presidential elections...the demographics simply don't work in their favor.

That's why you see so many efforts to suppress minority vote. We are going to see more and more of that in the future. Wouldn't be surprised if they tried to make it so that you can't vote without a high school diploma.

I even read one article claiming that this election was a last ditch effort for them....basically they want to get one last guy in to undue as many democratic policies as possible...than in 2016/2020 they start shifting towards the center again.

White males aren't going to save them forever, eventually they are going to have to do something.

One area where I think that they can make up easy ground is the gay vote...the dems have a strong hold on them because the republicans simply won't allow marriage, eventually, that issue is going to die. And I wouldn't be shocked at all if these cac-fags shift towards the republicans in a decade or two later.
