No reach at all since the FBI can raid your house whenever it deems anyone a threat....how many homes in the last 5 years have been raided off indications of suspicion? when in reality it was the wrong house.
They wouldn't be considered a terrorist group unless they commited some terrorist acts, and in that case they should be treated as terrorists.

Cointelpro doesn't exist anymore and there actions were proven to be illegal anyway. Also times have changed. There have been real terrorist attacks and threats on American soil. There are allot of terrorists that live and train on American soil. The dynamics have changed so the laws have changed. Like i said don't cohort with terrorists and you have nothing to worry about.
