How is Botswana? Have they applied the fruits of their diamond industry towards its citizens?

Botswana is one of the best (if not 'the' best) ran countries in Africa. It has a higher GDP per capita than South Africa.

so exactly what make Botswana women so much more beautiful than it's neighbors. Isn't it by Namibia? I thought Namibia was considered the little gem for women. I've always had a theory that sunnier places have the best looking women. Southern Africa, half of Angola, Upper Guinea West Africa(including Guinea, which isn't sunny but they have the same origins as other upper Guineans), the Horn, California, Mediterranean

I would have them in my top 5 or 6 but I heard the hiv rate is in the double digits? or am I confusing it for Namibia. I know it's one of those two.
