Chill with the outrage for a sec guys. I think they called the police coz some plain clothes guy was walking around with a gun in a bank.

I like the fact the mayor keeping his foot on their necks but still...

Ok genius... maybe not everyone in the bank may have been aware. The message could have only reached a select few.

What do you think they announced it on the speakerphone to everyone in the bank when the message came through or something?

If anything its probably stupidity or negligence on the banks part for not making sure staff were aware, but this immediate urge to cry racism at every little thing is dumb.

I'm the first one to call it out if looks to be the case but this ain't it Jack. I doubt someone would risk their career just to humiliate a fukking mayor.

Well local politics is the same as big wig politics where its about earning your stripes and waiting your turn but rich was always a popular cocky nikka so when he was first elected as councilman he used that role to build trust the with older voters in the churches etc and sell the dream.

Then the current mayor at the time ernie davis had some tax evasion lawsuit and rich calls a press conference denouncing him talking that obama change and we need less corruption so that pissed off the old heads cause u back the admin no matter what cause they all dirty.

So he use that publicity to announce he running and that pisses of the council off because the dems had their order of who they would back and he wasnt it. So he did some grass roots campaigning had nikkas knocking on doors and since mt vernon is so small literally every vote count cause he didnt win by much.

Since he won its been fukkery cause the whole council hate him. His brother got caught on gun charges. Comptroller not paying city workers. Not enough salt for snow in winter and someone exposed that the garbage trucks aint pass inspection since 2010 after one of them crashed into a house from faulty brakes. Plus rich still got a case pending for using city funds to pay his lawyer
