What's the beef between Broner and Papa Porter?

Haven't had the chance to watch press/interviews but apparently Broner been saying that Ken takes (steals) money from Shawn, among some other things.
They had a back and forth going when Broner said something along the lines of "If I beat Shawn and his dad in the same night, do I get paid twice?"
