This is the idea I had...

On IP bets, whoever the person is putting up his screenname bets against the public. We setup a thread specifically for that bet, we set a minimum amount of Coli cash for the bet to be a go. For example, CantStop is putting up his account for IP ban if the bet gets a minimum of $10,000 coli cash, the bet is on. If it falls short, he can either decide to accept the bet for whatever amount has been collected or call it off.

This way if you are talking something as serious as an IP ban, you can get something out of it if you win.
