rush was some wild shyt to witness, had them white kids, and white adjacent blacks :mjpls:, pressed. i remember one chick only got invited to rush the "ugly" sorority despite her bank account convincing her she should've been invited to the "hot" sorority, i think she got her parents involved :dead:

i had a black friend from my freshman dorm join a white sorority, theta's...they were cool and their house had the bomb snacks. i wonder what life would've been like living in a frat/sorority house, at the same time tho, i know i would've hated it. those shyts got trashed every single weekend
I thank my lucky stars that I lived in the boring dorm my one year on campus. Some them dorm got f up

yea, it's like anything else, you know the pecking/social order and stereotypes. same is true for black frats/sororities - every org has a stereotype
Do all the girls try to get in the Pi phi sorority or do these girls just get in where they fit in?

nah, there were like 5 or 6 white sororities, each has their own little stereotype/typical girl, so you end up with the social climbers just wanting to be in any of the top 3, some chicks just want to be in the one they fit in best, and others settle. theta's, tri delt, and pi phi were the top 3, chi omega - if you was a nerd/less popular or fugly, you kinds knew this was gonna be you lol, i forgot the 5th

The problem is, the film chose not to dive into the most interesting aspects of Bama Rush and instead spent a lot of time on director Rachel Fleit’s lifelong struggle with alopecia and her personal fascination with fitting in and sorority culture. While her story is interesting, it’s no Bama Rush.

Viewers felt like the documentary was a bait and switch. We were promised salacious sorority content and got the director’s personal story instead. One viewer said, “Using Alabama sorority rush as a Trojan horse to talk about your battle with alopecia is easily one of the most bizarre directorial choices in the history of film.” While the film does a great job of humanizing the four young students it featured, it just lacks a voice of reason that critically talks about everything sketchy about Greek life in general and Bama Rush in particular. Another succinct review says “This is a recruitment commercial for Alabama, a therapy session for a filmmaker with alopecia, a TikTok ad. This isn’t a good or interesting documentary.”

I heard a wild story about the aka pledges of Georgia Southern circa 2010 being made to fukk the same dude who was the boyfriend of one of the leaders of the sorority.

Some of those college gang nikkas were living!:wow:

I'm sure the same stuff goes down with the whites.

There would have to be a 100% top tier pawg walking us around campus and talking to the camera to get me to watch this nonsense.
