I doubt they have the resources for a good lawyer. I doubt they even thought that far ahead.

Too bad...they're making an example of him....his picture is very public now, so I don't know how much of a choice he would have had before someone anonymously reported his identity.
That being said, I can't say I feel bad for him, he knew better. He purposely caused thousands of dollars in property damage via hooliganism, and terrorized innocent people.
Who knows how far he was willing to take it given the opportunity.
I gotta say though, given the Mayor's complacency about all of this, Im a little shocked that they aren't cutting him an easy deal.
