Yeah I guess the most serious charge falls on the driver since even though Gray was seriously injured before he got into the van, he most likely died from whatever happened in the van.

This.. Not sure how i feel about this story now.. Me and @BmoreGorilla said in the beginning that the black cops were just as bad as the white cops here. But now is this really a race story anymore? You know whites are going to eat this shyt up now that 3 of the officers are black.
