So what are some realistic expectations for "the new face of the Lakers" this season? Magic and Pelinka really are setting the bar high for Ball. To me, he's got to have a better rookie season than Russell and certainly better than Ingram's. He's got to be in ROY contention in my opinion.

I think Ingram can make a huge leap, but I need to see some evidence of that improvement before I start expecting him to be a 20ppg scorer.

I think Randle is going to have a breakout season.

I expect Ingram to make strides, but not become a totally different player. Folks forget just how bad he was last season. The potential is obvious, he was good defensively, but terrible offensively.

Clarkson might end up feasting playing beside Ball.

Nance gonna do what Nance do, I expect WAAAAY more dunks this year though.

Im not mad at the DLO trade but we gotta get PG. Giving up DLO and getting no stars in return with the cap space that opened up, it would just be another shytty move for us. i know Magic thinks he's gonna get PG and Bron....we'll see. Can't grade the DLO trade until I see what happens in the future.

Pacers will have to take Randle + Clarkson + draft picks for PG eventually. I know people say just wait until PG is a FA but 1) if we sign 2 max FA's in 2018 we might need to let Randle go anyway because he will want max extension especially if he balls out this year and 2) If PG gets traded to Boston or Cleveland, he won't come here. Can't take that chance. We could easily strike out in 2018 and be fukked.
