I think they've gotten the most out of just about everybody they've drafted in the last four years. If Ball doesn't improve, that can't be put on the coaches when everyone else keeps getting better.
It’s probably going to take several years for his scoring to consistently come along because he’s lacking so many fundamentals. Luckily he will rarely have to be more than a 4th option for the foreseeable future. We have our future go-to guys in Ingram, Kuzma, and Randle (not to mention future FAs).

The pleasant surprise is how good he is on defense and how impactful he still is despite minimal scoring skills. His potential is still massive and his game is unique.
